Mateo is often not well trained in things such as sleeping, eating, cleaning up after himself, or occasional whining. But he is very well trained, by his dad, in the art of affection. He loves to pick flowers (and sometimes weeds and bugs) and hand them to me and say, "Mom, this if for you because I love you."
